Where are you located?

We have numerous locations around the US -- Where the shoes ship from varies on size and availability

What forms of payment do you accept?

PayPal is currently the only form of payment that we accept

What is your return policy?

All sales are final -- No refunds, returns, or exchanges

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

95% of orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours -- In rare situations it may take 48 hours for your order to process and ship

What shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped USPS priority and a tracking number will be provided via email as soon as the item(s) ship

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in all prices listed on our site -- There will be no fee added to your total when you checkout

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently do not ship orders internationally -- Please check back for changes to this policy in the future

What happens if I place an international order?

If you do not live in the United States and you place an order your money will be refunded within 24 hours

What if I am a non US PayPal member?

Non US PayPal members wishing to purchase an item being shipped to the US please contact me before purchasing - There is an international transaction fee charged to me when you order

We are not responsible for quality issues or manufacturing errors on a shoe - Paint drops, glue spots, loose strings, etc. 

All pairs come with the original receipt - If you have a manufacturing or quality issue you will need to discuss that with the company where the shoes were originally purchased
